She began her career in education with a focus on creating equitable and engaging learning environments. Over the years, she discovered that many leaders face challenges in cultivating meaningful connections and driving impactful change in their organizations. With her passion for fostering collaboration and empowering others, Tedra has dedicated her career to equipping leaders with the tools they need to succeed.
Tedra holds a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Georgia, a Master’s degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from Walden University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Georgia. Her dedication to lifelong learning is reflected in her certifications, including Educational Leadership, Elementary Education, and Professional Development.
